CEO and VFX Supervisor of Cumulus Visual Effects, Will's experience and knowledge of the business has gained the respect and trust of clients worldwide.

With over 20 years in the Industry, a proud VES member, and with shots from multiple "Harry Potter" and "Lord of the Rings" films, and Baz Luhrmann's Elvis on his reel, Will now pairs the eye of a VFX Supervisor with a focus on fine-tuning the agility within Cumulus to meet the challenges of International VFX projects.

Most recently, Will was VFX Supervisor for Cumulus's team on Disney's Nautilus. As CEO, he has accomplished the steady growth of the business and team, fostering a creative workplace for a friendly crew who pride themselves on Industry-standard results.

Nicky Ladas

CTO

Nicky has over 25 years' experience in technical leadership roles and is a highly experienced Head Of Infrastructure with a demonstrated history of working in High Performance Computing, Film, Post Production and VFX.

Previously, Nicky was Lead Technologist in charge of Big Data Analytics for PWC, KPMG and Dun & Bradstreet. Since then, Nicky has held leadership positions for some of Australasia's largest Post Production and VFX houses, including CTO for Oktober and Silverscreen Auckland, NZ.

A strong information technology professional skilled in Virtualization, Infrastructure Architecture, Enterprise Storage Solutions and Systems Management, Nicky is both the Head of Technology and Head Cyber Security Compliance Officer for Cumulus VFX. Nicky is a prolific problem solver who enjoys a challenge.

Nicky has been with Cumulus since June 2019 and is Co-Founder of Alchemy Cinema Technology Pty Ltd.

Jodie Camilleri

Head of Operations

Jodie Camilleri has been a Producer for over 20 years, working in live action, animation, visual effects, and post-production.

She was one of the founding digital producers at Dr. D Studios (Oscar-winning director George Miller's digital production house) where she was in charge of bidding, scheduling, crewing and managing the slate of in-house productions. These included Mad Max: Fury Road and Warner Bros' Justice League.

Most notably Jodie was the Story and Finishing Line Producer on feature film Happy Feet 2, where she oversaw 120+ artists, technical and production staff.

In 2013, Jodie moved to Vancouver, Canada where she was VFX Producer on 9 feature films and over 40 TV episodes including one of Game of Thrones' keystone episodes - The Lion and The Rose. After personally producing a couple of small Canadians, in 2019 Jodie transitioned into developing and producing podcasts with Webby award-winning creative studio Kelly&Kelly.

In 2022, Jodie and her family moved back to Australia and she signed on to the rapidly growing team at Cumulus VFX as Head of Operations.
