Air New Zealand are renowned for their fun and quirky safety videos, and for nabbing big name stars for its high profile safety videos that air before takeoff. Collectively, the clips have generated more than 108 million views. We loved working on a series of key visual effects shots throughout Air New Zealand’s 4 minute in-flight air safety video.
In this latest instalment, Katie Holmes and Cuba Gooding Jr take us on a fantastical journey through New Zealand, complete with a dreamy soundtrack by Gin Wigmore, the pair appear to play Gods, naming countries around the world, until they get to New Zealand.
Air New Zealand General Manager of Global Brand and Content Marketing Jodi Williams said the new video was built to showcase more of New Zealand to the world.
“Our safety videos have earned a global reputation so it’ll be great to have eyes from around the world on more of our stunning landscapes and attractions.”
We're incredibly proud of our hard working crew here at Northern Rivers NSW, and it was also fantastic to work in collaboration with the lovely teams over the ditch in New Zealand with creative agency True, production company Assembly, and visual effects studio OhuFX.
